United management and their high priced attorneys will be inside the court requesting a tenth extension to their exclusive right to file a plan of reorganization. While our attorneys are fighting for our rights inside the courtroom, we'll be fighting for our rights on the street.

July 15, 2005 - Over 100 Flight Attendants and supporters marched between the federal Dirksen Building and Daley Plaza to protest the attack on their retirement security by United CEO Glenn Tilton who has kept his $4.5 million pension trust intact.
July 1, 2005 - Flight Attendants and other United employees will caravanned around JFK Terminal in protest of United Airlines' arrogant attack on front-line employees' wages and benefits.
June 29, 2005 - Flight Attendants in CHAOS shirts will leaflet passengers outside Door C on the upper level of terminal 1 and alert passengers that CHAOS is coming to United Airlines if our pension plan is terminated and our Contract is unilaterally changed.

June 15, 2005 - Flight Attendants picketed and leafleted in front of the United Airlines ticket counters and asked passengers to help avoid CHAOS™ strikes and protect their tax dollars by contacting their Congressional Representatives for a six-month moratorium on pension plan terminations initiated by the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC).
June 10, 2005 - In an exercise the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (AFA) referred to as a CHAOS™ Drill, demonstrated how quickly flight attendants could initiate surprise strikes at O'Hare International Airport.

May 10, 2005 - As reported in the Wall Street Journal, “The Chicago courtroom was so crowded with unhappy United employees and retirees that Judge Wedoff sent the overflow to a second courtroom where people could listen to the proceedings. When Rob Clayman, the attendant union attorney, broke into tears in a plea to save the retirements of the cabin attendants, both courtrooms erupted in applause and cheers.”
May 5, 2005 - CHAOS™ hit campus yesterday when a contingent of United Flight Attendants in neon green CHAOS T-shirts stormed a class room to deliver 12,000 petition signatures to United Airlines Board member Dipak Jain, just before a scheduled lecture at Northwestern University.
