Use the following guidelines to help make an impression on the court:
- Dress as though you are pass-riding in First Class, but do not wear a suit -- it's important that you do not simply look like another attorney.
- The court will not allow any cameras beyond the lobby of the court building. There are storage lockers for your camera should you want to bring a camera to the court.
- Remember that there are media reporters, United attorneys, representatives of other creditors and members of United management PR within the court building. An innocent comment on your part could be harmful to our collective objectives. Be very aware of this and keep your conversations to a minimum as there are interested ears all around. Hold your comments about the court proceedings until you have left the court building.
- When in the court room, once Judge Wedoff enters, pause all conversations and any other distractions.
- To make clear that you are a front-line employee: wear your Union pin.
