Re: Ted Merchandise Commission

Dear Mr. Davidowitch:

As discussed during our recent meeting, the Company's third party vendor will provide a commission to selling flight attendants for the sale of the vendor’s retail merchandise on Ted flights scheduled over two hours and thirty minutes (2:30).

On Ted aircraft, two flight attendants will be responsible for the sale of retail merchandise and will each receive a commission of two percent (2%) based on actual sales revenue collected. If the Ted operation is ever expanded to include widebody aircraft and two merchandise carts are boarded, then up to four (4) flight attendants may participate in the sale of retail merchandise and will each receive a commission of two percent (2%).

Sincerely,
