RE: Section 9.G
Dear Greg:
This letter confirms an agreement between United Airlines (the "Company") and the Association of Flight Attendants - CWA (the "Association") regarding modification of Section 9.G of the Agreement. The Company and the Association agree to the following:
1. Section 9.G of the Agreement shall now read:
G. Schedule Trading
A Flight Attendant who has traded out of a trip on a particular day shall be prohibited from trading back into the same ID and position on that day.
1. Trip Trading With Another Flight Attendant
2. The remainder of Section 9.G and the Collective Bargaining Agreement remain
unchanged;
