JUL 25 - If you board an aircraft with uncomfortably high temperatures due to the air being off or inadequate airflow, take immediate action to address the situation. Keep in mind that it may take time for the temperature to cool down, so it's best to initiate the process as early as possible.
JUL 21 - The United AFA Membership and Grievance Database system can be accessed through a designated portal known as Memberlink. If you have not already registered your account, please do so as soon as possible. This will ensure you are able to file reports and ensure your correct contact information is always on file with the Union. You can find the link to Memberlink on the home page of our United MEC website at www.unitedafa.org.
JUN 09 - The goal is to understand the prevalence of health conditions in current and retired U.S. and international flight crew and the relationship/prevalence of these conditions with working conditions – especially in light of the pandemic and its aftermath - in order to resolve some of the stressors in Flight Attendant work that can to early-onset illness and other diseases.
