System Board of Adjustment

Committee Members
AFA-CWA representation on the System Board of Adjustment consists of two Members, and three Alternates.
The Members serve on the System Board of Adjustment to arbitrate any disputes or Grievances that may arise under the terms of the United Airlines Flight Attendant Contract.
Board Members assist in the development and presentation of the annual MEC Grievance training and they are responsible for updating the System Board Index every six months.
Alternates fill in for Board members who are absent.
