This Agreement is a step in the right direction. It's clear that we have more to accomplish in the next negotiations, and equally clear that we have achieved substantial improvements to our current Contract while standing strong to protect our quality of life. This Agreement is Good for Flight Attendants and provides immediate improvements in compensation, transformational improvements for Reserves, and enhancements to our Schedule Flexibility, Job Security and Quality of Life.

Tentative Agreement 2012-2016 - Roadshow Schedule:

Despite many obstacles and challenges, we remained undeterred from our number one goal of reaching an Agreement that addresses your immediate needs and serves as a stepping stone to a Single Contract with our flying partners from Continental and Continental Micronesia.

Keep in mind that if this Agreement is ratified, United Airlines is obligated to begin preparations for Single Contract negotiations no later than sixty days following ratification. The ultimate decision on our future rests in your hands. Soon you will have an opportunity to vote on this Tentative Agreement.
