Restoration of Days Off

In the event of irregularities and reassignment due to irregular operations, there may arise situations where we become eligible for the restoration of our day(s) off.

If you are entitled to have your day(s) off restored, you can accomplish this by coordinating with Crew Scheduling. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

• The restoration of the day off must be completed within ninety (90) days of the original day off that was lost.
• In cases where there is a choice of days off to be restored, a mutual agreement will be reached.

Alternatively, you have the option to receive payment for the day instead. The additional pay for the Restored Day off is 5.0 hours. It’s important to remember that if, after 90 days, you take no action, you will be paid 5.0 hours. You can submit a request for payment through CCS using the Electronic Bulletin Board >> Requests.
