Gregory E. Davidowitch, President-Master Executive Council for the Association of Flight Attendants, AFL-CIO at United Air Lines, is the union’s chief spokesperson and leader for the more than 25,000 Flight Attendants employed by United Air Lines.
Mr. Davidowitch began his Flight Attendant career on April 17, 1988. He served his peers as an Employee Assistance and Professional Standards Representative starting in 1990, and when he was elected by the Flight Attendants in New York to serve as Local Council Secretary in 1993 he continued to serve as an AFA Employee Assistance Representative. In 1996 he won his election to serve the Members of Council 5 as their President, and continued in that position until his 2002 election to the position of United Master Executive Council President.
Greg is devoted to the best interests of the Flight Attendant profession as it continues to evolve and he believes that confidence and support of the Flight Attendants through listening and being accessible is an integral part of any efforts towards the good of the profession.
